  • Provision of financial reports for the Directors in preparation to __approve the annual service charge
  • Manage Residential Association and Management Company __bank accounts
  • Collection of service charge and maintenance of debtors ledger
  • Appoint and assist Accountants for annual accounts
  • Correspond with residents providing clarification to   _their enquiries
  • Advise on Company Law Requirements, Contract Law, Housing __and Landlord & Tenant Acts
  • Advise on statutory issues, such as Health & Safety __requirements
  • Arrange insurance for Directors & Officers, Block Building, __Public Liability and Engineering
  • Act as Company Secretary Registered Office where appropriate
  • Respond to Solicitors pre-contract enquiries



  • Provide advice and clarification on residents' enquiries
  • Liaise with Developers where required
  • Hold frequent Directors meetings and an Annual General __Meeting, distributing the subsequent minutes promptly
  • Provide Directors with detailed Health & Safety inspection __reports
  • Liaise with all contractual service providers, implementing __written instructions
  • Appointment of accredited contractors
  • Provision of bespoke contractors specification, tailored to __individual requirements
  • Acquire quotations for items of repair and enhancement
  • Organising and monitoring major works, such as redecoration
