Carringtons RML offer a professional service at a competitive rate. We feel our costing structure is one of the simplest within the industry, a flat rate fee per unit dependent on the number of units within your development. Unlike some other Managing Agents who charge a percentage of your annual Service Charge, subsequently the higher your charge the higher commission rate you pay.
The transfer from one agent to another should not be a difficult or stressful process. Carringtons have acquired many developments from other Managing Agents and are fully experienced in the transfer process. Carefully managed systems and procedures, together with a comprehensive checklist, enable us to obtain all of the information that we require, this will ensure minimum disruption to residents and Directors.

Carringtons are able to assist residential estates who are currently under Landlord and Tenant Management to go through the Right to Manage process. The ultimate aim of which is for residents to assume responsibility for management of the communal areas of their development while having control of areas such as, which contractors are employed and placement of the Block Buildings insurance.
